Joint Stiffness : Why does joint stiffness or joint pain occur in the morning?

If this problem continues continuously then what is the treatment?

People who have morning stiffness every day may have arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. It has some special symptoms like having morning stiffness for more than 45 minutes every day. Generally, its biggest impact is on small joints like small joints of hands and feet. If there is persistent stiffness in 4 to 5 joints and is felt for more than 45 minutes every day, then it may be a type of inflammatory arthritis. In such a situation, it is important to consult a doctor. 

He will do some tests after knowing your symptoms. This includes some blood tests and X-Ray. These help in knowing whether the person has inflammatory or rheumatoid arthritis or not.   •  Keeping yourself covered in winter.
